Each of our Data Center facilities offers the following features and capabilities:
Power – Access power from diverse grids to support the growing demand for high-power density solutions. Power systems have built-in redundancy with full Uninterruptible Power Supply systems (UPS) and backup generators in the event of a local utility failure.
Cooling – Effective and efficient precision-controlled air conditioning systems protect and cool mission-critical servers and equipment in our Internet Data Center facilities. The cooling infrastructure provides a virtually dust-free and particle-free computing environment, with temperature, humidity, and air-quality regulation.
Security – Access to Internet Data Centers is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors and clientele must be pre-authorized to enter the premises and escorted by Network Operations Center staff. Data Centers are monitored thoroughly, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms.
Standards & Compliance – Customers want to know that they can trust their service provider and that their data is safe. Atlantic Metro is committed to operating facilities that meet the rigorous standards and compliance needs of enterprise businesses. Many of Atlantic Metro’s customers are able to maintain compliance because of the policies and procedures Atlantic Metro has in place.
24×7 Monitoring & Support – All hardware, including routers, switches, UPS systems, and servers are monitored around-the-clock. Our Network Operations Center provides dedicated customer support and also monitors connectivity, power, and environmental factors. Customers have access to a web-based portal to manage support, billing, and view real-time utilization statistics.
